The Cool Works web site helps job seekers find seasonal jobs or careers in places such as Yellowstone, Yosemite, or other national parks, ski resorts, ranches, theme parks, tour companies, and more. The site is organized and easy to use, but unfortunately does not have many jobs in the Midwest.
Accessibility for Cool Works is excellent with all technologies. The site consists almost entirely of text, and does not have any inaccessible images or other interactive media. The drop-down list box on the left side of the page which allows users to find jobs by state is the only area where certain users may experience problems. Once an item is chosen from the list, the page automatically refreshes to display the appropriate information. This can be an issue for users who rely on the keyboard for navigation.
