Monster.com is a great resource for job seekers. Many career resources are available on the site, including a typical job search tool. Resources available to the job seeker include resume-writing and cover-letter tips, interviewing techniques, relocation tips, salary information, and even message boards and information on workplace diversity issues.
Monster.com is marginally accessible. The site is largely text based once the user gets past the initial screens and establishes a search pattern for a job. However, internal frames on each page cause problems for screen readers, and most of the images do not have appropriate alternate text.
