The Illinois Job Network is comprised of multiple employment Web sites focusing exclusively on local communities in the State of Illinois. Registration is easy, confidential, and free.
The Illinois Job Network site is fairly accessible. The site contains quite a few non-essential images that are missing alternate text. The images should have null alt text values (alt="") so that screen reader users and other users with images turned off can browse the page more efficiently. A few essential images are missing alternate text. The pages do not respond to large text settings, but otherwise perform well in all assistive technologies. Users should be able to navigate and use the site with little or no problem.
