The FedWorld Federal Job Search uses files created by the Office of Personnel Management in Macon, Georgia. This data is gathered from hundreds of human resource offices in the government. OPM also maintains handy tables that list the GS Pay Rate Schedules.
Accessibility on the FedWorld site is very good. Certain pages have horizontal scrolling issues, but the text remains in the viewable area, so users should be able to view the site easily at an 800 x 600 screen resolution without having to actually scroll horizontally. Large text sizing does not work for most of the pages, however high contrast does. Despite these minor issues, all users should be able to browse the site easily with little or no problem.
