Job.com enables employers to use unlimited resume searching and unlimited Job Ad Posting on a monthly subscription basis, which enables employers to utilize a cost-effective online resource for recruiting. For the job seeker, this means increased exposure to Job.com’s proprietary database of Employers and Recruiters.
The accessibility of Job.com is very good. Users may occasionally find images without appropriate alternate text. The only accessibility issue that is consistently ignored is the ability to make the text size larger through the browser text setting. This issue is minor, however, and the rest of the site is a good example of accessible Web design.
