HotJobs' tools and advice put job seekers in control of their careers and make it easier and more cost-effective for recruiters and employers to find qualified candidates.
Accessibility for HotJobs is excellent. It should serve as an example to other sites wishing to combine functionality with usability. The site is aesthetically pleasing and, most importantly, easy to use. The only accessibility issue consistently overlooked is to give the user the ability to easily change the text size.
