
When ever you produce materials, consider how it will affect all your potential target audience. How will someone who is deaf benefit from your video? How will a person who is blind fill out your forms? Addressing these issues before a person with a disability comes through your door will allow you to be ready to serve that client. Also, considering the formats for your information adds to the communicative power of your message.
