Helping Illinois "One Stop" Employment Centers serve People with Disabilities

This site is designed to help staff of Illinois "One Stop" Employment Centers use the assistive technology provided through Illinois' Work Incentive Grants (WIG). It provides technical tips about the installation, operation and maintenance of the devices and software provided through the grant, and also offers a message board where you can ask questions which will be answered by other One Stop staff and WIG assistive technology experts. Using this siteFollow the links in the Topics list to the right to find technical tips and message boards regarding each piece of assistive technology. Participating One Stop staff may post questions and messages in the topic sections. (When you attempt to post a new message, the system will prompt you to log in.) Additional AssistanceAn Assistive Technology Training & Support Specialist is available for telephone and limited on-site support. Accessibility audits are also being performed to determine which Resource Room web sites and software will work most effectively with assistive technologies.
